About this service

Aircon Mackay is a referral service for people in Mackay who need a air conditioning. It is operated by Potentree Pty Ltd, trading as DM Hive (ABN 41 612 874 316).

How it works

• You send the enquiry form.
• Your call or enquiry is passed straight to an independent local air conditioning business.
• That business talks you through the problem, gives you a quote and, if you go ahead, does the work.
• Your agreement for the work is with that business, not with us.

What we check

Before we connect calls to a business, we check that its technicians hold a current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence, that electrical connections are done by a licensed electrician, and that the business holds public liability insurance.

What we do not do

We do not carry out air conditioning work, set prices or take payment for jobs. We do not publish reviews on this site, because any review should be about the business that actually did the work.

Questions about this service can be sent through the contact form.
